Injection Mouldings
One of the key skills of i-plas is the ability to manufacture from recycled plastics. i-plas operate 23 injection moulding machines 24 hours. We have almost 30 years of injection moulding experience and focus on the more technically difficult products manufactured from recycled materials.
Our business concentrates on larger mouldings and is one of the UK’s biggest producers of buckets and containers. In 2008 we manufactured in excess of 5 million large mouldings and many millions of small mouldings.
We have specialist design and tool-making partners and manage injection moulding projects from product concept through to delivery of products.
